In order to understand Sexual Dysfunction, we need to look back into the past. What went into that template which crystalized at puberty? Predisposing matters come from the past and are already set in place and exist. We can’t change the past. They are historical. Knowing and better understanding them, however, enhances and enables you to go after them and effect change into your future.

The Diagnosis session will include guidance on what you can do differently (perhaps with help) to achieve better outcomes in the sexual activities of the couple. Particularly, how to change your cognition (your thinking and expectation of failure – in an anticipatory – perhaps pre-emptive way); so that you also change the practices for with better outcomes.

The brain experiences new behaviour patterns and outcomes, which creates new neural pathways. It will gradually latch onto and want to do more of the repeated good outcome behaviours. Past negative practices become changed by new positive ones and with enticements incorporated – such as treats and rewards – the brain wants more positive outcomes; and desire less negative outcomes, with the shame and negative affect that goes with failures and dissatisfaction.

That profile building, holds the keys to why you do what you do.

This Psycho-Educational journey contained in the Sexual Dysfunction Diagnosis Session, will then equip you with insights and understanding, as the unconscious issues are moved into the conscious, enabling you to make informed choices about possible change; change that can better reflect the future that you want for yourself.

It is very usual and indeed expected (that just like the hundreds of clients for whom we have provided a Diagnosis) you too will leave with significant clarity. Clarity about the key issues which for many years have been blighting the quality of your sex life and you living life to the full.
